As the members in GBM have approved to sell the land, on the basis of the same,the Board of Directors has decided to sell 0.817 acre of land and its base price has been fixed at Rs 6 crore.

If members or known of the members want to buy this land then they should send the price bid in a sealed envelope to the society office within 7 days i.e. 24/12/2023. After this the society will sell this land.
